Once Vorco has provisioned a new user and provided you with the username and password, there are some basic setup steps we recommend taking for the best experience.

Each user can use any combination of desk phone, Communicator App on desktop, and Communicator App on mobile.

Set up Voicemail

Once your devices are set up, the next step is to set up your voicemail.

The first time you access the voicemail service a series of recorded prompts will guide you through setting up your voicemail greeting. Instructions for accessing voicemail from each device type are below.

Desktop app users can also set up an email address for their voicemail messages to be delivered to as audio attachments.
