Vorco SIP, SkyPhone and SkyPhone Premium services all work great behind Vorco Managed Routers.
Sometimes due to business requirements, you may want to run your own router instead. If you do, these are the settings that need to be adjusted in your network to provide the best Vorco Voice experience:

All Voice Service Types

Disable SIP ALG on your router if applicable.

The UDP NAT Connection Timeout should be at least 5 minutes (300 seconds).
The TCP NAT Connection Timeout should be at least 15 minutes.

If possible, set up a separate Voice VLAN and apply a QoS policy to give your Voice traffic high priority.

Provisioned Devices

There are three basic network requirements for phones to automatically provision and update:

Access to the internet must be unrestricted
Your network must be set up to allow the devices to access any interest hosts for the sake provisioning and ongoing configuration and firmware updates.

DHCP must supply a valid DNS server
Your DHCP server must provide a valid unrestricted DNS server.
If you are using a Vorco internet connection, you can use the Vorco DNS servers.

DHCP must supply a valid NTP server
Your DHCP server must provide a valid NTP server via DHCP Option 42.
If you are using a Vorco internet connection, you can use the Vorco NTP server.
