Accessing the Portal

The Vorco Customer Portal is accessible at https://extranet.vorco.net/ or by clicking the Log In button on the Vorco home page.

If you need a Customer Portal account set up or require a password reset for an existing account, please contact your Vorco account manager or email us at support@vorco.net with a request for an account.

Portal Features

All the following and more is possible through the customer portal:

  • Invoice export in PDF and CSV format.

  • View authentication status and history for internet services.

  • View Data Usage on internet services.

  • View and search Call Detail Records for a breakdown of all calls made on any Vorco voice services.

  • Control advanced features for Vorco SkyPhone users and devices.
