There are four steps we need you to take so we can set up Vorco Calling for Teams in your Microsoft 365 Tenant:

  • Invite us as a Delegated Admin Partner (DAP) and authorise the Vorco Reporting app in your Microsoft 365 tenant.

  • Acquire Phone System licenses on Office 365. This must include two spare licenses.

  • Compile your list of Teams calling users.

  • Let us know you're ready.

Step 1 - Grant access to your Microsoft 365 tenant

Step 3 - Compile your list of users

  • If you are trialling Vorco Calling for Teams:
    We need a list of the email addresses of up to 10 users in your organisation who will be participating in the trial.

  • If you are ready to go live with Vorco Calling for Teams:
    We need a list of the email address and DDI of each user in your organisation.
    If you are using your existing DDIs for a user, we need to know which number goes with which user.
    If you'd like Vorco to assign new DDIs for a user, we just need to know which calling area (town/city) a user is in and we will assign a new one for them in the appropriate location.

Step 4 - Let us know you're ready

Once you've completed steps 1, 2, and 3, let us know and we can go ahead and connect up Vorco to your Teams tenant. This normally takes a few hours.
