SkyPhone Standard

To enable call recording on SkyPhone Standard log into the customer portal at https://extranet.vorco.net and then:

  1. Select the site address (if you have multiple sites with us)
  2. Select SkyPhone Config
  3. Select the number you want to enable call recording on
  4. Select Recordings
  5. Tick Enabled
  6. Enter an email address for recordings to be emailed to

WARNING Under New Zealand law one party to a recorded conversation must be aware of the recording. Do not enable call recording on a staff member's line unless they have been advised their calls will be recorded.
