To enable call recording on SkyPhone Standard log into the customer portal at https://extranet.vorco.net and then:
- Select the site address (if you have multiple sites with us)
- Select SkyPhone Config
- Select the number you want to enable call recording on
- Select Recordings
- Tick Enabled
- Enter an email address for recordings to be emailed to
WARNING Under New Zealand law one party to a recorded conversation must be aware of the recording. Do not enable call recording on a staff member's line unless they have been advised their calls will be recorded.
